THE HAPPINESS Cheatsheets (LES ANTISÈCHES DU BONHEUR) IS A METHOD TO
(1) CREATE MORE MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS AND (2) DECREASE THE IMPACT AND duration OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS SUCH AS STRESS, ANGER AND FEAR.
This method, presented in Jonathan Lehmann’s TEDx conference, is at the crossroads of both ancestral wisdom (ancient philosophies, Buddhism…) and modern science (neurology, cognitive psychology…).
The idea of the Happiness Cheatsheets is to offer a set of principles and habits that require only a small amount of time and energy yet can have a profound effect on our lives.
The Happiness Cheatsheets started as a blog founded by Jonathan in 2015.
Today, the Cheatsheets are :
A Facebook page (and Instagram page) on which Jonathan publishes texts and videos.
A series of guided meditations to help beginners adopt the habit of daily meditation practice and harness its life-changing potential.
Two books (Journal Intime d’un Touriste du Bonheur and Les Antisèches du Bonheur) currently available in French.
Online and in-person trainings for individuals and corporations to develop the skills necessary to transform the tyrannical mind into a happiness creating machine.
Silent meditation retreats in collaboration with Silence. Jonathan is working on multiple retreats, including an English-speaking ones. If you would like to be kept informed of this upcoming retreat, let us know by messaging silencejeanne@gmail.com.
